How does the setup process work?
Complete a short onboarding form telling us which modules you want activated and what data fields you need. We’ll then build your CRM to those exact requirements.
How long does setup take?
Your CRM will typically be live within 48 hours of your discovery call
What's included in the setup fee?
Everything you need to get started — module configuration, custom fields, and one round of amendments once you’ve had a chance to review your setup.
What counts as a bespoke customisation?
Standard customisations like adding fields or hiding modules are included in your setup. Bespoke work — such as custom integrations, unique workflows, or features not currently in the platform — are quoted and charged at £200 per hour.
Is my data secure?
Yes. GatherCRM is built to security best practices and is fully GDPR compliant. Your data is yours — we never share it or use it for any other purpose.
Can I change my modules or fields after setup?
Absolutely. Lust let us know if you want to add or remove any modules.
Is there a contract?
